RULES

Must be 21 years old to be a member of The Stein Society.

All Stein Society membership renewals will begin in January of every year. After that, memberships will be prorated throughout the year.

$80 for New Members.

Stein Society members will never receive free alcoholic beverages and will not be served if believed to be intoxicated at any time.

Your membership is yours alone. Please, no loaning membership numbers to friends or family.

Pours are based off the size that the beer originally comes in. If a House Beer is poured in a Tulip or smaller than a pint, you will receive this beer this way but still receive you $1 off discount.

Stein Society reserves the right to cancel any membership without refund if the customer's behavior or treatment of our staff does not meet our standards or the state of Oregon’s standards or laws. Refunds will not be given to any customer whose behavior has resulted in temporary or permanent barring from Von Ebert Brewing Stein Society.

All Von Ebert Brewing brews will be a $1 off every purchase, every time.

You will receive most house beers in our 20 oz. Steins!

Birthdays just got a lot better! During the week of your birthday, enjoy one FREE birthday food item!

Exclusive insider emails about beer releases and beer info!

Lastly, our Stein Society member appreciation bash! Every year we host two parties-- one at our Pearl District location and the other at our Glendoveer golf course. These parties are our way of saying "thank you" to our beer-loving, faithful Stein Society members! All food at these parties is on us!

Visit any of our breweries and pick up your very own Stein Society keychain.

Once you have your keychain, simply present it at any of our participating breweries and start reaping the rewards.

  • You can download the sign up form here and then bring it to any of our locations to pay and grab your keychain.
    You may also visit any of our locations and grab a sign up form in person.

  • Yes, though you can pay online, you’ll still need to come into any of our locations and PICK UP your KEYCHAIN.

    Once you have your Stein Society keychain, you are in, and can begin to reap all the benefits of the club!

  • We do not offer shipping at this time as we are only located and Portland, and you should be too (though the membership works at any of our locations across town).

    For that reason, you will need to come into one of our breweries and get your keychain.

  • As soon as your dues are paid you can immediately join and go pick up your keychain!
    (Both for in person payments and online)

  • No, one membership is only for one person. But be sure to tell your friends and family so they can also have the benefits of being in Stein Society!
