Almost two months ago Chuckanut Brewery in WA State invited Von Ebert Brewing in OR State to come up and collaborate on a beer together at Chuckanut. After much discussion both breweries decided it would be fun to work on a different rendition of Von Ebert’s well known Volatile Substance IPA but this time as a Pilsner Lager.
