This week, Von Ebert Brewing releases Tropical Substance IPA, the first in a series of three spin-off recipes of its signature, award-winning Volatile Substance NW IPA.
“Tropical Substance IPA mirrors our motto, ‘Where Tradition Meets Evolution’ with a reimaging of our flagship Volatile Substance NW IPA that shakes things up while staying true to the bold hop flavors and aromas that define it,” said Sam Pecoraro, brewmaster of Von Ebert Brewing. “Last year, Tropical Substance IPA sold out in mere days so we’re hoping to continue the success and demand for this first release, and the next two varietals.”
