On Saturday, Feb.21, Zwickelmania, the annual, statewide craft beer celebration hosted by the Oregon Brewers Guild, returns with contemporary methods to carry beer lovers collectively. The title is a nod to the “zwickel,” the little German pattern port on fermentation tanks that lets brewers sneak a style straight from the supply.
